Deposit
We require a deposit of €250 Euros on booking with me privately. This deposit is a guarantee of payment of any repairs to damage noted on your departure. it will be refunded on departure or after any repairs have been completed due to negligence of guests.

If you book using Airbnb or others they will handle all these things for you.

Booking
By booking directly on Casa Azahara website you will get the best rates.
The booking conditions are as follows:
– for a reservation made more than 30 days before the scheduled start date of the stay the booking deposit of €250 is required. The balance is required 30 days before the scheduled start date of the stay.
– for a reservation made 30 days or less before the scheduled start day of the stay, 100% of the total amount is required.

Cancellation
Full refund in case of cancellation more than 30 days before the scheduled start date of stay. 50% refund for cancellation 16 to 30 days before the scheduled date of start of stay. No refund for a cancellation 15 days or less before the scheduled date of start of stay.

General stay information

We welcome you to the villa after 3 p.m, departure if before 11am. As soon as your reservation is confirmed, we will send you all the information necessary for your arrival and your stay by email.
I will closer to your arrival send a whatsapp with the GPS coordinates, local supermarkets and my assistants number.

The swimming pool infinity end is not to be entered and we do not accept any liability for and injurys, there is a small wall to prevent access. Children will NOT be left unsupervised around the pool.
The villa is rented according to the legal conditions in force and according to the following specific conditions:

If the client does not inform of his late arrival and has not arrived four days after the planned date of start of the stay, the owner reserves the right to re-let the villa.

The client undertakes to occupy the premises personally as a “good father” and to take care of the occupied premises and the equipment made available. Parties and gatherings of more than 10 people are strictly prohibited.

Subletting is strictly prohibited.

If the customer finds any problem whatsoever, he is requested to inform the manager, who will do everything possible to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

In case of degradation due to negligence or improper use by the customer, the owner cannot be held responsible and the costs of repairs or replacement may be retained on the deposit according to the findings established at the departure of the customer.
